Product Installation Problems

Although most products can be istalled by yourself, we realise that not all installations are the same.

Product Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes the product ordere may not be what you thought or you may have received the wrong product by mistake.  eSplash offers a hassle free returns policy.
 
If you wish to return a product for whatever reason, all you have to do is follow these simpe steps...

  1. Call or email us within 30 days of receipt to discuss your products installation and performance. (Most reasons why you may not be happy with the product can be traced to installation or other issues which we can usually solve.)
  2. If we deem the product will not work properly in your pool situation, or is faulty, we will email a "Return Authority" form to you with instructions. No returned products will be accepted without an accompanying Return Authority. 
  3. Once we receive the product in a resalable condition we will offer an alternative product or refund the cost* of the sale to you.

*Return Policy Conditions

  • All product sold by eSplash are returnable within 30 days of the date of receipt by the consumer. 
  • A 20% restocking fee ($5 minimum) plus no refund of standard freight charges even if free freight) applies for products returned due to the consumer changing their mind. 
  • No restocking fee or non-refund of shipping charges will be applied in eSplash has made an error in supply to the consumer
  • If a a consumer wishes to return a product outside of the 30 days the ultimate decision to accept or reject the return will be by an eSplash company director or manager.
  • Any return over 12 months from invoice date will not be accepted.
  • Product will not be accepted to pay off an outstanding debt unless it is current stock, unused, saleable and approved by an eSplash  Director or Manager.
